Marketing communications may be sent through Engager.App or by email to those who have opted in or where we have a legitimate interest.

We keep client data for six years after the end of the engagement, in line with professional and tax regulations.
Prospective client data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Supplier and staff data are retained as required by law.

  • Object to or restrict processing;
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable);
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
